Lab Tour to Maki Lab
Last week, we had the privilege of visiting Maki Lab at the University of Tokyo, a leading lab in Japan’s field of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).
From the moment we entered the facility, we were impressed by the state-of-the-art research environment, exemplified by their innovative testing pool and remarkable AUV models. During our discussions with the team, we discovered surprising parallels between the challenges and advancements in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and those in AUVs—insights that promise exciting opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and future growth.
